Train Muay Thai for one day at MBT Muaythai Gym with access to group classes throughout the day. Each 60-minute session combines padwork, technique drills, and conditioning—perfect for beginners, travelers, and fitness-focused students.

- Warm-Up: Dynamic stretching and cardio preparation
- Shadow Boxing: Stance, movement, and technique practice
- Pad Work: Trainer-led padwork for punches, kicks, and combinations
- Bag Work: Power and accuracy training on the heavy bag
- Technique Drills: Partner drills focusing on Muay Thai fundamentals
- Clinch Training: Introduction to clinch techniques
- Sparring: Optional light sparring under trainer supervision
