Take your Muay Thai training to the next level with a 1-month intensive group program at MBT Muaythai Gym. Train twice daily in 60-minute sessions combining padwork, technique drills, conditioning, and optional sparring—ideal for committed learners and fitness-focused students.

- Warm-Up: Dynamic stretching and cardio preparation
- Shadow Boxing: Technique, footwork, and movement refinement
- Pad Work: Trainer-led padwork to develop combinations and timing
- Bag Work: Heavy bag training for power and precision
- Technique Drills: Partner drills focusing on core Muay Thai techniques
- Clinch Training: Clinch fundamentals and positioning
