Experience a full week of Muay Thai training at MBT Muaythai Gym with one 60-minute group class per day. This program combines padwork, technique drills, and conditioning, making it ideal for beginners, travelers, and anyone seeking consistent training during a short stay.

- Warm-Up: Dynamic stretching and cardio preparation
- Shadow Boxing: Stance, movement, and technique development
- Pad Work: Trainer-led padwork to improve strikes and combinations
- Bag Work: Power and accuracy training on the heavy bag
- Technique Drills: Partner drills focusing on core Muay Thai skills
- Clinch Training: Introduction to clinching techniques
