Designed for trainees who want serious, long-term improvement, this package offers three months of afternoon Muay Thai group training at Kombat Group Thailand. With extended 120-minute sessions held up to five days per week, the program emphasizes technical refinement, physical endurance, and real training progression, making it ideal for those ready to commit to intensive and consistent afternoon training.

- Warm-up: cardio-based warm-up and mobility exercises.
- Shadow Boxing: combinations, footwork, timing, and movement drills.
- Bag Work: power, endurance, and combination training.
- Pad Work: advanced combinations with coach feedback.
- Technique: focused drills on specific Muay Thai skills such as kicks, knees, elbows, and clinch basics.
- Sparring: optional controlled sparring on selected days.
- Cool Down: stretching and recovery exercises.
- Afternoon group class: Monday – Friday | 17:00 – 19:00
- Session duration: 120 minutes per class
