Train Muay Thai daily at MBT Muaythai Gym in Chiang Rai with one 60-minute group class per day for two weeks. This program focuses on fundamental techniques, conditioning, and steady progress in a supportive group environment, suitable for all levels.

- Warm-Up: Dynamic stretching and cardio preparation
- Shadow Boxing: Stance, footwork, and technique development
- Pad Work: Trainer-led padwork to improve combinations and timing
- Bag Work: Power, balance, and accuracy training
- Technique Drills: Partner drills focusing on core Muay Thai skills
- Clinch Training: Introduction and development of clinching techniques
- Sparring: Optional light sparring under trainer supervision
- Strength & Conditioning: Muay Thai–specific fitness exercises
