Stay hydrated throughout your training, maintain a well-balanced diet, and ensure you get sufficient rest to support your body's recovery and performance. Arrive early to properly warm up before each session, whether you choose the morning session from 7:30 AM to 9:30 AM or the afternoon session from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, each lasting 120 minutes. Warming up adequately helps prevent injuries and prepares your body for the intensity of the training ahead. With the flexibility to attend one session per day, over the course of a month, you can immerse yourself fully in the art of Muay Thai, honing your skills and pushing your limits with each session. Guided by experienced Muay Thai coaches, you'll receive personalized instruction and guidance to maximize your progress and unleash your full potential.
