Luktupfah (ค่ายมวยลูกทัพฟ้า) is a Muay Thai and Muay Boran school in Prawet, on the eastern outskirts of Bangkok, in a quiet residential area about 20 minutes from Suvarnabhumi Airport and within walking distance of Ban Thap Chang station on the Airport Rail Link. The camp was founded in 1977 by Captain Surasak Mondaeng and produced Thai champions such as Kongnapha, Jaovaha and Fahpikaat Luktupfah (Rajadamnern 130 lb champion). Since August 2012 it has been run as a family camp by Chinawut Sirisompan, known as Grand Master Woody. Grand Master Woody is president of the World Muaythai Organization (WMO), the Kru Muaythai Association (KMA) and the World Muaythai Boran Federation (WMBF), and Luktupfah describes itself as the head office of all three and as a martial arts school accredited by Thailand's Ministry of Education. Besides classes for all ages and levels, it runs KMA Kru (teacher) certification courses throughout the year (2+ years of experience recommended), Khan grading under the WMBF and KMA, WMO judge and referee courses, and Krabi Krabong (Thai sword) by request. It holds its own interclub for newer fighters (the 20th is on 28 November 2026) and helps fighters find bouts in and outside Thailand. The gym has two full-size rings, a large matted area with bags, a free-weights and calisthenics room, an outdoor area used for exercise and weapons training, a garden, a kitchen and hang-out area with free coffee, a laundry machine and outdoor showers. On-site rooms are private, with air conditioning, a mini fridge and an en-suite bathroom. Muay Thai classes run Monday to Saturday, 07:00-09:00 and 15:30-17:30. Muay Boran runs Monday to Friday, 10:00-12:00 and 13:00-15:00, as a course or private training. Prices on the gym's website (2025): 500 THB for a Muay Thai class (250 THB for kids under 10), cards of 10, 15 or 20 classes for 3,500, 5,000 or 6,000 THB, training with a room for 1,200 THB a day or 28,000 THB a month, and private lessons from 1,500 THB an hour.
