About
Sor.Dechapant (ค่ายมวย ส.เดชะพันธ์) is a Muay Thai camp and school on Soi Sannibat Thetsaban 1 in Chan Kasem, Chatuchak, in the north of Bangkok. By its own account it has trained fighters since 2009 and is owned by Colonel Surachet Dechapant. It is licensed as a private Muay Thai school by the Ministry of Education's Office of the Private Education Commission, and says the Sports Authority of Thailand named it a 5-Star Professional Camp in 2025. The camp's fighters compete in ONE Championship and at Lumpinee, Rajadamnern and Channel 7, with a team that includes Malaysian ONE fighter Aliff, Jaosuayai and Worapon. The camp lists Best Muay Thai Gym (Channel 7 Stadium, 2017) and Top 3 Gym (Lumpinee Stadium, 2017) among its awards, and says it hosts SRC – Siam Real Combat, a fight show every Tuesday at 6:30 pm that streams live worldwide. The coaching team includes Kru Bang (Thepwarin Kiatpetch), Kru Chart (Samerngai P. Chaiwat, a former Lumpinee champion by the camp's account), Kru Wut (Jomkitti Lukbanyai), Kru Nut and Kru Bon. Group classes run six days a week in two-hour sessions, and beginners train alongside the fighters. A group session is 600 THB (3,000 THB a week, 12,000 THB a month), private lessons are 1,000 THB, and stay-and-train packages start at 20,000 THB a month. The camp asks visitors to book by message before coming. Through its international enrollment arm, Muay Thai Visa Thailand, the school offers Muay Thai training packages for the DTV visa (6, 9 or 12 months, from 26,900 THB) and a 12-month, 480-hour program for the ED visa (135,000 THB), and prepares its own school enrollment documents. Embassy and government fees are paid separately, and approval is up to the Thai authorities.
