Established on October 1, 1994, the World Kickboxing Network (WKN) is a prominent international sanctioning body dedicated to the promotion, regulation, and growth of professional and amateur kickboxing worldwide. Led by President Stephane Cabrera, the federation governs multiple combat sports disciplines—including full-contact kickboxing, Oriental rules, Muay Thai, and traditional martial arts like Kun Khmer—across more than 100 member countries. By standardizing strict rules, enforcing structured weight divisions, and licensing global promoters, the WKN ensures safety, professionalism, and athletic integrity while providing a major international platform for fighters to compete for world championship titles.
