About

Arena Titanium is a martial arts training centre (centro de treinamento) in Guapimirim, a town at the foot of the Serra dos Órgãos in Rio de Janeiro state, about 50 km north-east of central Rio. It teaches Muay Thai, boxing and Jiu-Jitsu. The training room has a matted floor, a row of heavy bags with the gym's Spartan logo and a body-opponent dummy. Head coach Ronaldo Lemos also runs the gym's YouTube channel of Muay Thai and boxing technique videos. In late October 2026 the gym's Instagram posted a run of pad sessions with students, several of them on their first day on the pads. Its Instagram highlights cover a kids' class, women's and men's training and belt-grading exams, and in 2023 the gym advertised seminars for people training to become Muay Thai and boxing coaches. Open Monday to Friday from 8am to 9pm and Saturday from 8am to noon (Google listing). Sign-ups go through WhatsApp; class times and prices aren't published.
