About
Double R&O Boxing Club is a boxing gym on N Grove St in Eustis, in Lake County northwest of Orlando. The club started out in Mount Dora in 2024 and now trains in Eustis, in a space with a boxing ring, heavy bags, speed and double-end bags, and a strength & conditioning area with benches and cardio machines. Coaches Ray and Ozzy teach adult and kids boxing, a female boxing group, one-on-one sessions that come with a training and nutrition plan, and teams for amateur and professional fighters. The gym is open weekday evenings from 4 to 8 pm and Saturday mornings, and a $20 day pass includes a mitts workout. The club is closely tied to the local boxing community. It runs a youth program for ages 8 and up with the Eustis Police Athletic League, and it brings USA Boxing events for Florida's LBC 14 to Eustis High School: Boxing 4 Gold in November 2025, and Boxing Day in America on November 14 and 15, 2026, with sparring, a mitt competition and classes for coaches and officials.
