This package includes one week of morning Muay Thai group training Kombat Group Thailand, with access to scheduled morning classes from Monday to Saturday. Each 90-minute session follows a structured training program with warm-up, shadow boxing, bag work, pad work, and cool down, making it ideal for beginners and intermediate levels who prefer training early in the day.
