Gym and partner listings on XTRY are provided for informational purposes. XTRY does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or current status of any listing. We are not responsible for the quality of training, safety standards, or any services provided by listed gyms or partners.

By submitting a partnership inquiry, you represent that the information provided is accurate and that you have authority to enter into a partnership on behalf of the gym or organization.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the XTRY platform — including logos, text, graphics, and software — is owned by or licensed to XTRY. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

By submitting photos, logos, or other content to XTRY (e.g., via a partnership inquiry), you grant XTRY a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content on the platform.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties
