The gym is **closed on Sundays**, giving you time to rest, explore Chiang Mai, or recover for your next training block. ``` ``` Training Schedule: Choose your preferred time slot each day: Morning: 08:00 – 10:00 Afternoon: 16:00 – 18:00 ``` ``` Whether you're a morning mover or an evening warrior, we’ve got you covered.
