1. Who these terms apply to

These Business Terms apply to gyms and organizations that verify their business on XTRY ("Business", "you") in order to manage a listing, publish events, and sell tickets or services. They are in addition to the general XTRY Terms of Service.

You confirm that you are authorized to represent the Business and that all information and documents you submit are true, accurate, and current.

2. Verification

Verification is reviewed and granted manually by XTRY. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval. We may request additional information, and we may revoke verification if information is found to be false or if these terms are breached. Only verified Businesses may edit their listing or publish events.

3. Payments through XTRY (Stripe)

Where available in your country, you may choose to receive payments through XTRY using Stripe for in-person martial arts classes and related physical services at a verified physical location. Online-only businesses may list on XTRY and accept cash at the gym, but not card checkout through the platform.

To use Stripe you must complete Stripe's own onboarding and identity verification and accept Stripe's Connected Account Agreement. Payouts are made by Stripe to the bank account you register. You must provide accurate location information for your venue.

• XTRY commission. XTRY charges a commission of 15% of the gross amount of each sale processed through the platform.
• Stripe fees. Stripe charges its own payment-processing fees, which are deducted per transaction in addition to the XTRY commission.
• Taxes. Any transaction taxes (such as VAT/GST or sales tax) that apply to a sale are calculated at checkout and handled in accordance with applicable law. You remain responsible for providing accurate tax details and for your own income and business tax obligations on the payouts you receive.
• Refunds & disputes. You are responsible for honoring refunds and for chargebacks and disputes relating to your sales, in accordance with Stripe's policies.

4. Country availability

Electronic payouts depend on Stripe's availability and are not offered in every country. If your Business is based in a country Stripe does not support for payouts, you will not be able to receive payments through XTRY. You may instead accept cash at the gym, collected and managed outside XTRY.

5. Your content and responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of your listing, pricing, schedules, events, and the services you deliver to customers. You grant XTRY a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display the content you submit (including names, logos, and images) on the platform.

6. Changes

We may update these Business Terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new date, and where you sell through XTRY we may ask you to accept the updated terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
