Kru John leads the Muay Thai program at Undisputed and is the coach in the technique videos on the gym's Instagram. By the gym's count he has trained and taught martial arts for over 20 years. He also teaches an online Muay Thai course, runs seminars at other gyms, and describes himself as an FRC movement specialist.
