About
About
Feel Healthy is a 24/7 fitness gym on Rijksweg Zuid in Echt, in the Dutch province of Limburg, with a kickboxing school inside it: its kickboxing classes and fight team run as Team Heatubun. Next to the kickboxing programme the gym has a free-weights and machines floor open around the clock to members (with a personal access pass), CrossWorkout group classes (bodyweight, kettlebells, dumbbells and Olympic barbells), personal training for individuals and pairs, and Obese, a weight-loss programme with its own Instagram (@obese0475). Kickboxing runs six days a week. Kids train in two age groups (4 to 9 and 10 to 15) on Monday and Thursday afternoons, and there is a youth competition group on Wednesdays. Adults have beginners and recreational classes on Monday and Thursday evenings, a recreational-to-advanced class on Wednesday, an all-levels class on Saturday morning and Kick 4 Ladies, a women-only class, on Tuesday evening. The adult competition group trains on Monday and Wednesday evenings and spars on Friday; in the gym's words, fighters of different competition levels train together and push each other. Every group class offers a free trial lesson, and kids don't need to book each class. Team Heatubun also puts on events: in February 2024 it organised a kickboxing gala in nearby Susteren, where a preview listed 17 of the team's fighters on a card of about 40 bouts, most of them youth and C-class fights. Members can train at any hour; staff are in the gym Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 11:30 and 17:00 to 20:30, and visitors with an access pass can buy a day pass during those hours. The gym has free Wi-Fi and private showers and sells SuperPro kickboxing gear. Phone and WhatsApp are answered Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 20:00.
