- Class Duration: 90 minutes
- Round 1: 10:30 am – 12:00 pm
- Round 2: 1:00 pm – 2:30 pm
- Round 3: 3:00 pm – 4:30 pm
- Round 4: 5:00 pm – 6:30 pm
- Round 5: 6:30 pm – 8:00 pm
- Warm up: Stretching – 15 min Light stretching and mobility exercises to prepare the body, improve flexibility, and prevent injury before training begins.
- Basic Muay Thai Introduction to foundational Muay Thai movements including stance, guard, footwork, and basic offensive and defensive techniques.
- Muay Thai Technique Learning – 40 min Focused technique development covering punches, kicks, elbows, and knees. This section emphasizes accuracy, balance, timing, and correct body mechanics.
- Self-learning and sparring in a group Guided partner drills or controlled group sparring to apply techniques, develop timing, and build confidence.
- Cooldown – 5 min Gentle stretching and breathing exercises to support recovery.
