This 20-session Muay Thai Group Class is valid for 30 days , giving you enough sessions to train consistently and build serious momentum. Each session lasts 2 hours — choose the morning session (06:00–08:00) or the evening session (17:30–19:30) depending on what fits your day. Classes at Danmuang Branch 2 are led by experienced Muay Thai coaches who adapt to every level in the group — beginners are guided through foundational mechanics while those with more experience are pushed toward sharper combinations and better ring awareness. The curriculum covers everything from basic strikes and pad work to classical Thai forms and Wai Kru ceremony, giving you a complete picture of Muay Thai as both a sport and a living art. With 20 sessions across 30 days, you will move well past the basics — by week three, your pad work timing and footwork patterns will feel noticeably sharper. The gym is located inside Hansom Fitness in Ton Pao, San Kamphaeng — a short drive from the indie weekend market at Chamcha and just minutes from the famous San Kamphaeng handicraft village road.
