Jiu Jitsu black belt and head Jiu Jitsu instructor. Three-time IBJJF No-Gi World Champion (2022, 2023, 2024, winning No-Gi Worlds at purple, brown and black belt) and 2025 No-Gi Pan American Champion. Hyperfly athlete who has competed at WNO, Fury Grappling and Finishers. Outside the gym she is a Director of Nursing and hospice RN.
