This package includes one full month of Muay Thai group training with full-day access at Kombat Group Thailand. Train in both morning and afternoon classes throughout the month, with up to 210 minutes of training per day, combining fundamentals, technique development, pad work, conditioning, and optional sparring for maximum progress.

- Warm-up: light cardio, mobility exercises, and dynamic stretching.
- Shadow Boxing: movement, balance, and fundamental combinations.
- Bag Work: technique-focused drills and conditioning.
- Pad Work: guided pad training with coach feedback.
- Cool Down: stretching and recovery exercises.
- Warm-up: cardio-based preparation and mobility drills.
- Shadow Boxing: combinations, footwork, and timing.
- Bag Work: power and endurance training.
- Pad Work: advanced combinations and technical refinement.
