Train for one week at Tded99 Muaythai Gym with authentic Thai-style group classes. Daily 4-hour sessions (15:00–19:00) include optional running, padwork, technique drills, clinching, and conditioning. Suitable for all levels.

- Days: Daily (Monday – Sunday)
- Time: 15:00–19:00
- Running: Starts at 15:00 (customers may join or skip this part)
- Duration: 4 hours per day
- Warm-up & Running (optional): Improve cardio endurance
- Shadowboxing: Build rhythm, balance, and technique
- Padwork: Practice strikes with trainers (punches, kicks, elbows, knees)
- Bagwork: Power and accuracy development
- Clinch Training: Improve control, balance, and knee techniques
- Strength & Conditioning: Traditional Thai-style fitness drills
