This package includes one week of afternoon Muay Thai group training at Kombat Group Thailand, with access to scheduled afternoon classes from Monday to Friday. Each 120-minute session follows an intensive training structure combining technique drills, pad work, bag work, conditioning, and optional sparring, making it ideal for beginners and intermediate practitioners seeking consistent and challenging training.

- Warm-up: cardio-based warm-up and mobility exercises.
- Shadow Boxing: combinations, footwork, timing, and movement drills.
- Bag Work: power, endurance, and combination training.
- Pad Work: technical combinations with coach feedback.
- Technique: focused drills on specific Muay Thai skills (kicks, knees, elbows, clinch basics).
- Sparring: optional controlled sparring on selected days.
- Cool Down: stretching and recovery exercises.
