Experience a 60-minute Muay Thai group class at MBT Muaythai Gym. This session offers a full-body workout with padwork, technique training, and optional sparring, making it ideal for beginners, fitness enthusiasts, and aspiring fighters.

- Warm-Up: Dynamic stretches and cardio drills to prepare the body
- Shadow Boxing: Practice form, movement, and Muay Thai stance
- Pad Work: One-on-one padwork with trainers to refine strikes and combinations
