Embark on an enriching Muay Thai journey with our comprehensive training class tailored for all levels. Over the span of two weeks, immerse yourself in intensive sessions, featuring 2 sessions daily. Each session, lasting 120 minutes, is meticulously crafted to refine your skills and enhance your performance under the guidance of experienced trainers. To maximize your progress, we recommend attending both the Morning (7:30 AM to 9:30 AM) and Afternoon (4:00 PM to 6:00 PM) sessions. This balanced training regimen ensures a well-rounded development of your Muay Thai skills, providing ample opportunities for improvement and growth throughout the program. Essential items for training include hand wraps, boxing gloves, and comfortable sports attire. While training barefoot is common, if you intend to run before the session, it's advisable to wear running shoes. Equipment and clothing are conveniently available for purchase at our onsite shop, and rental gloves and shin guards are also offered. **Morning Training (7:30am to 9:30am)** - Optional Warm Up Run at 6:30am (8km – 12km) - Skipping (3 sets x 5 mins) - Stretching - Shadow Boxing - Bag Work (3- 5 rounds – 4 min rounds) - Pad Work (3-5 rounds) - Technique of boxing and Muay Thai - Sparing – 3 days- boxing / 3days – Muay Thai (technique sparring for beginners) - Walking Knees / Kicks / Push-kicks / Punches and knees on the bag - Push-Ups, Sit-Ups, Burpees - Pull-Ups - Free Weights **Afternoon Training (4:00pm – 6:00pm)** - Optional Warm Up Run at 3:30pm (4- 5km) - Skipping (3 sets x 5 mins) - Stretching - Shadow Boxing - Bag Work (3-5 rounds) - Pad Work (3- 5 rounds 4 min rounds) - Technical Sparring (3 times per week) - Ring 1 Professional Clinching / Ring 2 Beginner technical clinching (Everyday) - Individual Technical Drills – Walking Knees and Repetitive Kicks / Push-kicks / Punches and knees to the bag. - Sprints 2-3 times per week - Free Weights - Pull-Ups and Sit ups **Training program** Mon - Fri 5:30-7:00AM - Private Training 6:30-7:30AM - Morning Run 7:30-9:30AM - Muay Thai Group Training 9:30-3:00PM - Private Training 3:30-4:00PM - Evening Run 4:00-6:00PM - Muay Thai Group Training 6:00-9:00PM - Private Training Sat 5:30-7:00AM - Private Training 6:30-7:30AM - Morning Run 7:30-9:30AM - Muay Thai Group Training 9:30-3:00PM - Private Training 3:00-4:00PM - Sutai Kids 4:00-6:00PM - Muay Thai Group Training 6:00-9:00PM - Private Training 8:00AM-8:00PM - Private Training Sun 8:00AM-8:00PM - Private Training
